l Tuna rice

- Tuna (tin) - 1 small tin.
- Cooked (leftover) rice - 1 cup
- Refined oil - 2 table spoon
- Mustard seed - 1 teaspoon
- *Garlic chopped - 1 spoon
- *Green chili - 1 no.
- Cinnamon powder - 1 teaspoon
- Chili powder - 1 teaspoon
- Fenugreek powder - 1 teaspoon (optional)
- Lemon - few drops
- salt - as req
Preparation
- Slit green chilies
- Peel and chop garlic finely
Cooking
- Heat oil over high flame, add mustard seeds,
- Add powdered chopped garlic, green chili fry them little,
- Add tomatoes, tuna chunks, cinnamon, chili and fenugreek powder and toss a little (be careful not to mess up the tuna by over stirring)
- Add rice and toss/mix well in heat.
Notes:
- *use pickled (in vinegar) chilies and garlic instead of fresh chilies and garlic
- Tastes better when consumed hot and immediately
- Handy recipe to do after a long tiring day
- Can be eaten with/without any curry, even goes okay with tomato ketchup
