Ingredients
- Oil - 2 tablespoon
- Garlic - 6 cloves
- Bell peppers - 2 medium sized
- Prawns - 200 gram
- Salt - to taste
- Crushed pepper corns - 2 teaspoon
- Soy sauce - few drops
- Oyster (or fish sauce) - tablespoon
- Spring onions - 2 spring
Preparation
- Shell, de-vien and clean prawns
- cut bell peppers into cubes
- Press garlic to flat them like flakes
Cooking
- Over a high flame, heat oil in a fry pan (or if u have a wok)
- Fry garlic until it turns brown
- Add bell peppers and stir fry until the skin just start to turn its colour
- Add prawns, salt and crush pepper and stir fry
- Add soy sauce and oyster sauce and toss well
- Check if the prawn is tender, remove from fire, garnish with spring onions
