Ingredients
- Prawns - 200 gram
- Salt - to taste
- Pepper powder - 2 teaspoon
- Lime juice - few drops
- Ginger-garlic paste - 1/2 tablespoon
- Oil - 2 tablespoon
- Red chili - 2 no.
- Green chili - 3 no.
- Onion - 1 medium sized
- Bell pepper - 1 no.
Preparation
- Shell, de-vien and clean prawns
- Marinate prawn with salt, pepper, ginger-garlic paste and lemon juice
- Cut bell peppers and onion into cubes
- Slit green chili
Cooking
- Heat oil, fry red and green chili
- Saute onion and bell pepper
- Add prawn, stir fry and cook until tender
- Remove from fire, serve hot
