l Mangalore prawn curry

Preparation Time: 40 minutes
- Prawn -500 gram
- Salt - to taste
- Red chili - 6 no.
- Tamarind extraction - 1 tablespoon
- Coconut - 1/2, medium sized
- Tomato - 1 small sized
- Cooking oil - 2 tablespoon
- Ginger-garlic paste - 1/2 tablespoon
- Red chili - 2 no.
- Curry leaf - 2 spring
- Asafotide - 2 pinch
Preparation
- Shell, de-vien, clean prawns; sprinkle some salt on them
- Grind tamarind, red chilies, tomato and coconut
Cooking
- Heat oil, add prawn and saute slightly
- Add Ginger-garlic paste, curry leaf, asafoetida
- Pour in the ground masala, add some water, cook the curry until the masalas cooked completely, until off raw flavor
