l Lahori Chicken

Ingredients
- Cooking oil - 4 tablespoon
- Cumin - 1 teaspoon
- Cardamon - 3 no.
- Clove - 2 no.
- Red chili - 1 no.
- Ginger-garlic paste - 1.5 tablespoon
- Turmeric powder - 1 teaspoon
- Garam masala - 2 teaspoon
- Onion - 2 medium sized
- Salt - to taste
- Tomato - 2 no.
- Green chili - 3 lengthy ones
- Chicken - 1 Kg
- Curd - 50 ml
- Coriander leaf - 2-3 springs
Preparation
- Chop green chili, onions and 2 tomatoes
- Cut another tomato to cubes
Cooking:
- Heat oil in a pan
- Temper the cumin, cardamon, clove and red chili
- Add ginger-garlic paste and fry until it stick the bottom
- Add turmeric powder and a teaspoon of garam masala
- Add onion and cook until it just turn brown
- Add chopped green chilies & tomatoes and cook until oil start to come to top
- Add chicken and cook over medium fire, sprinkle water occasionally
- When chicken is half done, add tomato cubes
- When chicken is tender, whisk curd and add and allow the curry to bubble
- Take off from heat and sprinkle with a teaspoon of garam masala and coriander powder
